Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic English Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support English language classes by:

• Assisting primary teachers during lessons, providing one-on-one support to students.
• Preparing teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Conducting small group discussions and activities to reinforce language skills.
• Facilitating language immersion experiences such as conversation clubs and cultural exchanges.
• Evaluating student performance and providing feedback to teachers and students.
• Helping organize extracurricular activities and language-related events.
• Contributing to a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring languages, especially English, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
• Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for education and cultural exchange.
• Valid work authorization for Italy.
