We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as an unpaid HR Intern, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in the HR field.

Role Description
As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions and initiatives, contributing to the success of the team. You will gain exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, providing a comprehensive overview of HR operations.

Tasks

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and coordinating with new hires.
  • Help maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as drafting letters, reports, and updating policies.
  • Research HR best practices and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives.
