Internship Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Events Intern to support our growing team in Thessaloniki. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and coordination, from conceptualization to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and organization of various events, including corporate functions, weddings, and festivals.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative themes and concepts.
  • Conduct research for venue selection, catering options, and entertainment proposals.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and assist in negotiations.
  • Support event logistics including timelines, budgets, and on-site coordination.
  • Engage with clients for feedback and assistance pre- and post-event.
  • Help with marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional content.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with event management software is a plus.
