Job Title: Wellness and Spa Intern

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assisting spa therapists in providing wellness and personal care services to clients.
• Managing the reception area and handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Helping to maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the spa facility, following standard operating procedures, addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assisting with inventory management for all spa supplies and products.
• Participation in trainings and learning sessions conducted by the staff to gain professional skills in spa and wellness services.
• Assisting in coordinating and organizing spa reservations and bookings.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be pursuing a degree/ diploma in Physical Therapy, Cosmetology or related field.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be willing to learn and adapt to new techniques and treatments.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
