Tasks
They're on the hunt for a Trail Manager Intern to join their dynamic team in Germany. This role is your ticket to the exciting world of football, where you will:
- Connect clubs and players, forging essential relationships.
- Arrange trials for camp attendees.
- Your daily mission will involve reaching out to sporting directors and coaches, presenting talented players, with a database of 730 clubs at your fingertips and managing all trial logistics.
- Capture contract-signing moments through video and photos for publicity.
- Create content for social media and blog posts.
Requirements
- Advanced level English and German.
- Available for a 6-month internship.
- Skilled in database management, with an eye for detail and organization.
- A communicator par excellence, unafraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.
- A proactive, outgoing individual who thrives in a lean, remote-working team.
Conditions
- Be part of creating best-in-class football experiences for players around the globe.
- You will learn the ins and outs of the football industry, including player transfers and contracts as well as deepen you knowledge of sales skills, marketing, and business operations within a global sports context.
- A monthly stipend between 200-500 EUR plus potential performance bonuses.

Internship hours: They are flexible with the hours but generally are looking for a committment of 40 hours/ week but can accept candidates who are available 25 hours/ week.
