Job Description

The successful candidate will immerse themselves in the daily operations of our Spa, gaining hands-on experience and learning how to coordinate and manage all wellness activities. Ideal tasks will include, but not limited to,

• Supporting the team in daily administrative tasks
• Assisting in the organization and implementation of wellness programs and activities
• Aiding in the coordination and execution of events and promotions, both in-house and externally
• Contributing to the development of sales and marketing strategies
• Participating in staff training and continuous development initiatives

Job Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a hospitality, management, wellness, or related academic program. They should also demonstrate:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A keen interest in wellness and health trends
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in German and English languages, both oral and written
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
