Internship Position - Event Management

Tasks Description

As our intern, you will gain hands-on experience and become involved in key stages of our event management. Your tasks will range from conceptualizing event ideas, collaborating with vendors, assisting in the planning and coordination of event details, and overseeing the successful execution of the events. You'll also be closely working with marketing and communication teams to create effective event promotion strategies. You might also have to manage some administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must be an enrolled student pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or any related field. Familiarity with digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace is a must. Moreover, basic knowledge of project management principles, excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.

Personality Requirements

We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and a high degree of initiative and flexibility. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are required. You must have a passion for events and a drive to learn and develop.
