Internship Opportunity: Wedding Planner
We are seeking a dynamic and creative intern to join our esteemed organization. This opportunity provides a hands-on experience in wedding planning, client coordination, and vendor management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting the planning team with designing and executing weddings.
- Liaison with clients to discuss their requirements and preferences.
- Working closely with vendors such as florists, caterers, and photographers.
- Assisting in budget management and negotiation.
- Ensuring the smooth running of wedding processes on the day.
Job Requirements:
- Currently a student or recent graduate in Event Management, Hospitality or related field.
- An understanding of the wedding industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Personal Requirements:
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Patience and good listening skills to understand client requirements.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in German and English is a must.
