Internship Position: Events Intern
We are seeking a motivated Events Intern to support our dynamic team in Aachen, Germany. This hands-on internship offers the opportunity to learn and contribute to all aspects of event planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various events, including corporate conferences, weddings, and festivals.
- Support event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for event themes and activities.
- Help with marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and promotional materials.

Job and Personal Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Events Management, Hospitality, Communications, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software.
- Passion for events and a desire to learn about the industry.
