Job Description

As a Spa and Wellness Intern, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment, supporting our management team in various functions to ensure the smooth operation of our spa facilities.

• Assist in daily spa operations including appointment scheduling, client onboarding, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Help with the maintenance of spa cleanliness and organization of therapy rooms and relaxation areas.
• Collaborate with therapists and wellness practitioners to enhance the guest experience by observing and learning various treatment protocols.
• Participate in the development and promotion of wellness workshops and events.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and assist in enhancing service offerings.
• Conduct market research to exploreSpa trends and wellness innovations.

Job and Personal Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or a related field.
• Strong passion for wellness and client service with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in French and English.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset while also being able to work independently.
• Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is a plus.
