Job Description

The intern will gain valuable experiential learning in various aspects of dentistry such as patient care, dental procedures, oral health counseling and more. The intern's main duties will include assisting our dentists in dental procedures, preparing the necessary tools and equipment, organizing and managing patient records, obtaining patient's dental history, providing postoperative instructions prescribed by the dentist and offering patient comfort during dental procedures. You will also have an opportunity to participate in team meetings, strategic planning and decision-making in tackling complex issues in dental care.

Personnel Requirements

The ideal candidate must be a current student enrolled in an accredited dental school and is passionate about pursuing a career in dentistry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attentiveness to detail and ability to work well under pressure are important. A basic understanding of dental tools, procedures, and safety processes is necessary for this role. A successful candidate should also have proficient understanding of French language to communicate effectively with patients and staff members.
