Job Description

You will be a part of our enthusiastic customer service team, primarily tasked with providing top-notch support to our global customers and maintaining our brand's famed service standards. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: assisting customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat; gathering and analyzing customer feedback for continuous service improvement; collaborating with various divisions to address customer concerns; monitoring and creating reports on customer interactions, and engaging in team brainstorming sessions to develop novel customer service initiatives.

Job Requirements

Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree. Prior experience in customer service would be beneficial but isn’t mandatory. Good interpersonal and communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, eager to learn and adapt, and a proficiency in English both spoken and written are highly desired. Familiarity with customer service software and a knack for trouble-shooting will be considered a plus.
