Role Description

As a Furniture Maker Intern, you will:

• Assist in crafting high-quality furniture using both hand tools and machinery.
• Participate in all stages of furniture production including material selection, cutting, assembly, finishing, and quality inspection.
• Coordinate with the design team to turn designs into physical products.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the workspace.
• Participate in team meetings, providing insights and suggestions to improve processes and products.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a furniture making, industrial design, or similar program.
• Demonstrable woodworking skills.
• Proficiency in operating hand tools and machinery safely.
• Ability to read and interpret furniture design blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
