The Role

The selected candidate will be at the heart of our company, navigating the daily operations of our reservations department. Key responsibilities will include handling incoming phone calls, managing emails and providing exceptional service to our esteemed clientele.

Tasks will involve assisting with check-ins, managing and scheduling reservations, handling guest inquiries, upselling services and responding to customer complaints. Furthermore, you will have a prominent role in our reception operations, contributing significantly to our broader customer engagement strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

No specific academic background is required, although a degree or current enrollment in hospitality management would be seen as advantageous. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in other languages is highly desirable.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, work under pressure and handle delicate situations diplomatically are a must. As we embark on elevating our digital utilization, a good mastery of MS Office and reservation systems is necessary.
