Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated intern with an interest in spa services and wellness management. As a Spa and Wellness Intern, you will gain practical experience in managing a world-class spa and develop a comprehensive understanding of the wellness industry. The selected candidate will embark on a 6-month full-time internship program.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include customer service, spa management, business administration, and sales & marketing. Specifically:

- Assist the Spa Manager with daily operations and administration
- Participate in the implementation of marketing strategies to promote spa services
- Interact with clients addressing inquiries and ensuring their spa experience meets their expectations
- Assist in monitoring inventory and maintaining a clean, organized, and soothing environment

Qualification & Skills

The ideal candidate should be pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Other qualifications and skills include:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech
- A keen interest in the health and wellness industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-based environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in the face of new situations and challenges
