Position: Spa & Wellness Intern

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Support therapists in delivering high-quality massages and wellness treatments.
• Help manage the front desk, including booking appointments and greeting clients.
• Conduct client consultations, providing information about services and wellness products.
• Participate in the development and execution of promotional activities and wellness workshops.
• Conduct research to support the introduction of new treatments and products.
• Provide outstanding customer service, responding to client inquiries and feedback.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as necessary.

Job and Personal Requirements:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Hospitality, Wellness Management, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Passion for the wellness industry and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Croatian is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or wellness fields is a plus.
