Responsibilities
The Human Resources Intern will:
- Assist in updating and maintaining HR records and databases
- Support recruitment processes by screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting candidate follow-ups
- Assist in onboarding and training procedures for new employees
- Conduct research on HR best practices, strategies and key trends
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases is a plus

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive, self-starter with attention to detail
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
