Community Manager Internship in a Powerlifting Club in Zagreb, Croatia

Job Description

Our collaborator is a strength-focused sports club based in Zagreb, Croatia, dedicated to the practice and promotion of powerlifting. Open to all levels — from beginners to experienced athletes — their mission is to foster a motivating, inclusive, and progress-driven environment. They are currently looking for a creative and proactive communication and community management intern to support their growth and strengthen their online presence through dynamic and engaging content.

Tasks

• Create and edit visual content (videos and photos) of training sessions, events, and community highlights

• Manage and grow the club’s presence on Instagram and TikTok

• Develop and execute creative content ideas (reels, stories, posts, challenges, etc.)

• Contribute to the overall communication strategy and performance analysis

 

• Maintain and update the website (WordPress): events, news, and relevant information

Requirements

• Interest in fitness, powerlifting, or sports in general

• Experience or motivation to learn content creation (photo/video editing, social media trends)

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and WordPress

• Creative mindset and strong sense of initiative

• Own laptop and smartphone

 

• Team spirit and a positive attitude
