Position Summary: Human Resources Internship

We are currently searching for an energetic and proactive intern to join our Human Resources Team in Sofia. The main objective of this internship is to provide support to the HR team on key projects and daily tasks, acquiring valuable experience in HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support in the administration of compensation and benefit plans.
- Help in employee engagement activities and manage related communication.
- Provide support in HR reporting and data analysis.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong proficiency in MS-Office including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Previous internship experience in HR will be a bonus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
