Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in all areas of wedding planning, including, but not limited to:

• Assisting with the coordination of wedding events, scheduling, and logistical preparations.
• Collaborating on theme creation, venue selection, menu planning, and event design.
• Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Helping to manage guest lists, timelines, budgets, and contracts.
• Priming the bridal suite and managing its setup and cleanup.

Job Requirements

• A degree or current pursuit of studies in Hospitality, Event Planning or related field.
• Experience working in either wedding planning or hospitality industries is an advantage.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Bulgarian language (both written and oral).
