Our collaborator has developed an innovative and intuitive Software as a Service that allows organisations to better manage their sponsorship, grants and community investment. After 6 years, they records more than 230 customers across 6 continents. More than 98% of our collaborator users renew their licence each year, including big names such as BMW, Carrefour, Johnson&Johnson, L’Oréal, Vodafone, Holcim and Volkswagen.

Optimy aims to become the leader worldwide in its niche market and is looking for a Marketing Intern to take an active part in the development of the brand awareness and in the reach of new prospects.

Please note that we will accept only applicants who can provide us with an internship agreement from their university.

Your Mission:

• Design custom presentations to support the Sales Team

• Keep the marketing material up to date

• Benchmark for Sales opportunities on the market

• Sourcing for potential prospects

• Support marketing campaigns

• Conduct research on market trends and developments

• Gather opportunities, ideas, and needs for marketing materials

• Follow up on translations of existing materials

Your Profile:

• You are currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business / Marketing / Communications

• Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge in other languages is desirable (e.g. French / German / Italian)

• Experience with Google Suite / Microsoft Office, in particular Powerpoint and Google Slides.

• You are able to carry out research and analytics based tasks.

• You are autonomous and have excellent organisation skills.

• Excellent presentation design skills and attention to details.

• Good knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign is a plus.

• A previous internship in the same field is a plus.
