Job Description

We are looking for an intern to join our Reception / Reservations team in Brussels, Belgium. The intern will help develop and maintain the department's daily operations, while also providing excellent customer service. The intern will assist in the management of the reception area and reservations, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a memorable stay. This includes providing information on activities, restaurants, and other services available in the city. The intern should also be willing to help with administrative tasks, such as helping with event coordination and other projects.The intern should be comfortable with a variety of tasks, including greeting and registering guests, answering incoming phone calls, and taking reservations. They should also be able to handle complaints professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality/ Hotel Management or related field.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Fluency in the English and Dutch languages.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and hours, as needed.
