Internship Position: Arts Management Intern

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity focusing on arts management. As part of our dynamic team, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of arts administration and event coordination.

Task Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of art exhibitions and cultural events.
• Support the marketing team with promotional materials and social media campaigns.
• Conduct research on emerging artists and trends to inform programming decisions.
• Manage visitor engagement activities and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and funding applications.
• Prepare reports and presentations for team meetings and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (Arts Management, Cultural Studies, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Personal Requirements

• Passionate about the arts and culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
