Internship Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of customer service, working closely with our dedicated team to enhance our clients' satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
• Support the customer service team in resolving complex issues, escalating problems when necessary.
• Document and track customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and identify trends.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss customer service strategies and share insights.
• Help maintain accurate product knowledge and provide updates to customers regarding new offerings.
• Contribute to the development of customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results to enhance service delivery.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer service software.
