Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Intern to join our team in Faro, Portugal. In this role, you will assist in a variety of tasks, including:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Supporting the team in resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our database.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Participating in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Assisting in gathering customer feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using customer service software.
