Internship Position: Customer Service Intern

Location: Braga, Portugal

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
• Support the customer service team in developing and implementing new processes to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer interaction skills.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to improve service performance.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system effectively.
• Support the creation of communication materials including FAQ documents and guides for customers.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure.
