Our collaborator is a rooftop bar located in Ljubljana, offering guests a stylish and welcoming atmosphere with high-quality cocktails, wines, spirits, and evening service. The team focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through excellent hospitality, attention to detail, and smooth daily bar operations.

Tarefas

• Help the bartender set up the bar and prepare it for the shift.
• Welcome and engage guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Take orders and support the preparation and service of cocktails, wines, spirits, and other drinks.
• Clean tables and maintain the bar area tidy and organized.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Manage reservations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
• Ensure smooth bar operations and consistent service standards.
• Support the bartender with closing the cash shift, cleaning, and closing the bar.

Requisitos

• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
• Passion for hospitality and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and responsible approach to work.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Availability and hours:

Evening shifts, mainly from 16:00 to 24:00.
