Our collaborator is a pioneering company with more than 10 years of experience organizing guided bike excursions in and around Seville. Their young, dynamic, and international team welcomes guests from all over the world seven days a week, offering them an unforgettable experience.

The company has a bike shop and an office where the intern will be based, while also working around the city’s most emblematic locations. The intern will be trained as a front office assistant and tour guide, supporting international visitors, rentals, reservations, sales, and content creation for online platforms.

Tareas

  • Organizing bike tours and excursions in and around Seville as a tour guide
  • Welcoming international customers at the shop in different languages
  • Supporting front office tasks, including sales, reservations, and bike rentals
  • Assisting with the distribution of bikes and preparation of facilities for tours and rentals
  • Supporting the management of social media platforms
  • Creating content for the website, including blogs, photos, videos, and offline materials
  • Going around the city by bike to create content at the most visited sights in Seville city center
  • Supporting review management on different operators and platforms
  • Updating and managing the events calendar in Seville
  • Helping the team with daily shop and office tasks

Requisitos

  • Advanced level of English
  • Other languages are highly appreciated
  • Sociable, energetic, and customer-oriented profile
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in tourism, customer service, sales, and guiding activities
  • Comfortable working with international visitors
  • Flexible and hands-on attitude
  • Motivation to work both in the office/shop and outdoors around the city
