Tareas

Tasks

 

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate public relations activities.
• Support and coordinate the Welcome Team.
• Manage tourist information in different languages.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services and schedules.
• Register group requests within 24 hours of receiving them.
• Follow up on group proposals and requests.
• Support the organisation and coordination of events with the different hotel departments.
• Regularly update the contact database with new agencies, companies and professional contacts obtained through trade fairs, agency visits and hotel visits.
• Send information and promotional material about the hotel to agencies, companies and potential clients.
• Welcome and assist travel agents, event organisers and clients interested in weddings, banquets and other events.
• Keep event planning tables and records updated.

Requisitos

Requirements

 

• Studies in Tourism, Hospitality, Public Relations or a related field.
• Good level of English and Spanish.
• At least a B1 level of German, Italian or French.
• Minimum internship duration: 3 months.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, proactive and professional attitude.

Benefits

 

• €300 gross per month.
• Accommodation in a shared room with another intern of the same gender.
• Apartment located approximately 20 minutes’ walk from the hotel.
