International Education and Digital Communication Internship in an international education agency (Remote)

Job Description

Our collaborator is an international education agency with extensive experience in study abroad programs, high school exchange programs, language courses, summer programs, and international educational experiences. They support students and families in accessing international learning opportunities and promote cross-cultural education through a variety of global programs.

Tasks

• Assist with the promotion of international education programs.
• Create and adapt content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Support the preparation of promotional materials, presentations, and basic digital content.
• Assist with communication with students, families, schools, and international partners.
• Help organize and update student information, program materials, and online documentation.
• Support high school exchange programs and other study abroad opportunities.
• Research schools, destinations, educational institutions, and potential host family communities.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to international programs.
• Use digital tools, Canva, and AI-supported tools to prepare content and communication materials.
• Contribute ideas to improve the online visibility of the company’s programs.

 

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a university student or recently graduated.
• Interest in international education, languages, travel, student exchange, or cultural programs.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable using online tools and digital platforms.
• Able to write clearly and professionally in English.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Interest in marketing, communication, and digital content creation.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is valued.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT is valued.
• Good spoken and written English is required.
• Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or German are highly valued.
