Job Description
Our collaborator is an English language academy based in Granada, focused on providing high-quality language education to students of different ages and levels. They are looking for a proactive and organised intern to support the daily management of the academy, combining administrative, commercial, customer service and teaching-related responsibilities.
Tasks
- Welcome students and parents and provide assistance at the reception desk.
- Attend to parents' enquiries and provide information about the academy and its courses.
- Follow up on leads and potential new students.
- Support commercial and marketing activities to attract and retain students.
- Assist with administrative and organisational tasks related to the daily operations of the academy.
- Coordinate and organise the teaching team and support the management of teachers' schedules.
- Help supervise the smooth running of classes and academy activities.
- Teach English classes to some groups when required.
- Support the academy's management in day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements
- Studies or background in Business, Marketing, Administration, Sales or a related field.
- Good level of English, with sufficient confidence to teach English to some student groups.
- Good level of Spanish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
- Organised, responsible and proactive personality.
- Comfortable dealing with students, parents and teachers.
- Ability to coordinate different tasks and priorities.
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
Conditions
- Monthly financial compensation of approximately €400–€500.
- Practical experience in administration, sales, marketing and customer service.

Availability and hours
- 30 hours per week.
- Afternoon schedule from 16:00 to 20:00.
- Additionally, three mornings per week, from 11:00 to 13:00.
