Paid Receptionist Internship in Firenze, Italy

Job Description

Our collaborator is a dynamic and fast-growing hospitality group offering unique accommodation experiences in some of Italy’s most attractive destinations. With a young, international, and social environment, they focus on making guests feel at home through authentic hospitality, lively shared spaces, and memorable experiences for travelers from all over the world.

Tasks

• Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out.
• Providing information about the accommodation, services, and the city.
• Handling guest requests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Supporting booking and reservation processes.
• Keeping the reception area clean and organized.
• Assisting with bar activities and the social atmosphere of the hostel.

Requirements

• Fluent level of English.
• Italian is a plus.
• Minimum availability of 3 months.
• Availability for 40 hours per week.
• 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.
• Availability to work in shifts, including morning, evening, and occasional night shifts.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong team spirit.
• Willingness to obtain an Italian Codice Fiscale before starting the internship.

Conditions

• Monthly compensation of €300.
• One bed in a shared dormitory at the hostel.

Availability and hours:

• Minimum 3-month internship.
• 40 hours per week.
• Shift-based schedule, mainly afternoon/evening and weekends.
• Starting from the end of July/the beginning of August.
