• Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service processes.
• Participating in training sessions to learn about our products, services, and customer relationship strategies.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a related field such as Business, Communications, or Hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
