En la presente política de privacidad se expone la información sobre el uso que el responsable realizará respecto de sus datos personales en su condición de usuario de la web (en adelante "la Web" o “el Site”) o interesado. Podrán tener acceso a sus datos personales los encargados del tratamiento de la Sociedad, es decir, los prestadores de servicios que tengan que acceder a sus datos personales para el desarrollo de sus funciones. Utilizamos servicios de terceros que facilitan nuestro trabajo y mejoran el servicio que ofrecemos, como por ejemplo, para atención al cliente, marketing por correo electrónico o publicidad digital.

Los proveedores de servicios sólo tendrán acceso a sus datos personales bajo nuestra supervisión, y están obligados a la no revelación o uso para otros fines distintos de los encomendados.

An apply system is a tool that allows students to find, search and receive internship offers as well as allows companies to find, check and handle their applicants online.

This personal information may include but is not limited to, your first and last name, age, gender, and email address ("Personal Information") as well as some of your internship preferences and education data. The Student Mobility established this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") so that you can understand the care with which purpose we want to treat your Personal Information.

Email Marketing Policies

Strict adherence to CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Just like you, we hate spam. We have never sent spam or junk emails and our mailing practise strictly conforms to the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. The Student Mobility application sends email notifications on the behalf of companies to applicants and vice versa. To unsubscribe to all email notifications, click on the unsubscribe link in your dashboard.

By voluntarily submitting information or images through any form, contest, or tool, you affirm, represent and warrant to us:

You are at least 16 years old.

The User Information you provide to us is true and accurate.

You haven’t impersonated any person or falsely stated or misrepresented your affiliation with a person or entity.

You own or have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and submit to us the Images and User Information and to authorize us to use the Images and User Information as expressed in these Terms and Conditions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Student Mobility SLU and its principals, shareholders, agents, officers, directors, consultants, and employees from or against third-party claims, damages, payments, deficiencies, fines, judgments, settlements, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to any third-party claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of the breach of The Student Mobility SLU warranties contained herein.
