Tasks Description:

• Assist in managing all aspects of reception, including greeting guests, providing information about services, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle reservations efficiently, including processing inquiries, managing booking systems, and maintaining accurate records of guest information.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Support the team in maintaining the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with reservation systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a professional appearance.
