Internship Position: Reception / Reservations Intern

We are seeking a proactive and motivated intern to join our Reception/Reservations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment while working alongside industry professionals.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Manage room reservations, including booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Support daily operations and special events by coordinating with different departments.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of hotel management software and customer service techniques.

Job Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Hospitality Management or related program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with hotel management software preferred.
