Internship Position: Reception/Reservations Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Reception/Reservations Intern to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry while working in a vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing reservations through various channels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Welcome guests at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, processing payments and maintaining records.
• Support the team in managing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Portuguese or other languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hospitality software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
