Job Description

The successful candidate will handle tasks including:

• Welcoming clients and guests, handling questions, reservations, and queries promptly and professionally
• Administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and data entry
• Coordination and synchronization of room bookings, cancellations, and modifications
• Insightful interaction with clientele to understand their needs and preferences
• Assisting in maintaining an inviting and professional front desk area
