Job Description

As an intern in Reception / Reservations, you will play a key role in our daily operations. Your tasks include:

  • Welcoming and directing guests, handling check-ins and checkouts
  • Processing reservation inquiries via phone, emails, and in-person interactions
  • Managing the reservation system, updating records, and communicating with relevant departments
  • Providing information about our services, promotions and local attractions.
  • Handling guest complaints and queries in a professional company standard way, escalating if required

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software quickly
  • Prior experience in customer service or hotel operations is a plus

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively in a fast-paced environment
