Job Title: Education / Teaching Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education / Teaching Assistant to support teachers in delivering high-quality education to students. This role is vital in fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring that all students receive personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in lesson planning and preparation of instructional materials.
• Support classroom management and maintain a constructive learning atmosphere.
• Provide one-on-one or small group academic support to students.
• Facilitate classroom activities and engage students in hands-on learning experiences.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Support students with special educational needs, adapting resources as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.

• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English is essential.
