Job Title: English Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging English language lessons.
• Facilitate small group discussions and provide one-on-one support to students.
• Prepare and distribute educational materials, including worksheets and multimedia resources.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as cultural events and language workshops.
• Support classroom management and promote a positive learning environment.
• Assist in assessing student performance and contribute to reporting outcomes to parents/guardians.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English, with a strong command of grammar and vocabulary.
• A degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Passion for language education and creativity in lesson planning.
