Position: English Teaching Assistant

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging English language lessons.
• Support students in developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Conduct small group or one-on-one tutoring sessions to provide personalized learning.
• Facilitate classroom activities and encourage student participation.
• Contribute to the creation of teaching materials and resources.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching staff.
• Help organize extracurricular activities, such as language clubs and cultural events.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring English as a second language is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students of all ages.
• Familiarity with various teaching methodologies.
