Job Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of instructional activities.
• Support students with their learning needs, providing individualized assistance when necessary.
• Prepare classroom materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on student performance and areas for growth.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and engaged.
• Supervise students during breaks and assist in managing classroom behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of school events and activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational or informal setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students in their academic journeys.
