Role Responsibilities

- Preparing, proofreading, and editing company press releases and newsletters.
- Assisting with internal and external communications strategies.
- Supporting various stages of the publishing process like fact-checking, research, and coordinating with writers, photographers and editors.
- Updating the company's social media accounts and tracking performance metrics.
- Observing and assisting in the organization's approach to public relations, marketing and advertising.

Job Requirements

- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with learning new technologies.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a similar role or in a media environment.
