Job Description:
The duties and responsibilities of the customer service intern will include:
- Answering customer inquiries and solving their problems proficiently and professionally;
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring quality service delivery;
- Assisting in streamlining customer service procedures to make them more customer-friendly;
- Supporting customer retention activities and initiatives;
- Conducting customer surveys to obtain feedback and improve our services;
- Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate would possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a university or a graduate program;
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Previous customer service experience would be a plus.
