The Role:

We are currently seeking a diligent Human Resources Intern to join our Salamanca office. This person will aid the department with data input, process documentation, research, and handling various HR related administrative tasks. They'll also get involved with the practical application of HR processes, and learn about employee relations, HR strategies, labour laws, and various HR management tools and software.

Key Duties:

  • Assist in the recruitment process: job post creation, interview scheduling, reference checks
  • Participate in employee onboarding and training
  • Aid in record maintenance: compiling reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Offer support in HR projects: surveys, research, event planning etc
  • Learn and apply employment laws and regulations
  • Your Profile:

    You should either be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field, or recently completed one. Previous HR experience would be a plus but not a prerequisite. The ideal candidate would be detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, and capable of managing various tasks at once. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and hold a high level of confidentiality. A good command of English and Spanish is also essential.
