Spanish - Customer services internship in Sabadell, Spain - Remote/office

Job Description

Our collaborator is high growth e-commerce company specialized in the decoration market. With an international orientation, the company is present through its sites in 45 different countries.

An international young team of 30 people works in an open environment where the different departments of the company take care of designing and developing websites and creating and manufacturing wall stickers under a high-quality standard.

This important International brand is well known for its capacity of offering personalized products from their headquarters near Barcelona to worldwide customers.

Main Tasks:
- Customer Service Profile: Management of Emails and Incoming Calls.
- Management and development of the international company part (Country Managers) in terms of Customer Service (Management of problems, Resolution of doubts and Command).
- Help and support in the management and development of tasks.
- Identify and evaluate the needs of customers, including international customer service managers to achieve their satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a filing system (archive and organize documents, both physical and digital, including emails, receipts, reports, and other administrative documents).
- Generate sales opportunities.

Language Skills:
- Spanish as a native standard
- English B2

Requirements:
- Higher Education Undergraduate/ Postgraduate
- Desirable Attributes: Highly Motivated,  International Ambitions
- Able to provide a training agreement

Benefits:
225€ / month

Schedule:
40 hrs/week (09.00 to 17.30)
