Paid Graphic Design Internship in Sabadell, Barcelona (English/Spanish Speaker)

Job Description

Our collaborator is high growth e-commerce company specialized in the decoration market. With an international orientation, the company is present through its sites in 45 different countries.

An international young team of 30 people works in an open environment where the different departments of the company take care of designing and developing websites and creating and manufacturing wall stickers under a high-quality standard.

This important International brand is well known for its capacity of offering personalized products from their headquarters near Barcelona to worldwide customers.

Tasks

• Creation of new website conten.
• Edition of documents and designs.
• Edit images.
• Work with the programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Power Point, Word.
• Work with the Adobe Creative Cloud program.
• Working daily in the graphic design department.
• Prepare sketches of the graphic materials.
• Use of online image galleries.
• Create and monitor production of orders.
• Estimating and budgeting.

Requirements

• Good English level
• Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge
• Desirable Attributes: Highly Motivated, International Ambitions, Proactive, etc.

Conditions

• Economic compensation: 225€ / month

• Monthly group activities: Monthly talks on the company’s development like department managers' experience where the student is going to have a practical point of view on the different tasks that are carried out in a company in order to complement the knowledge acquired at university and also to develop the soft and hard skills of each student.

• Weekly conversation groups between all the members of the team and different departments: The idea is to get to know each other in a more personal way, as well as the possibility of practising Spanish and knowing better the Spanish culture. 

• Spanish course with weekly classes paid by the company: Online Spanish language course, with weekly classes with teachers, to practise and develop the Spanish language.

Availability and hours.

Start date: ASAP.

Minimum duration: 3  months.

Full time position: between 30 and 40 hours per week.
