Job Description

The Education/Teaching Assistant is expected to deliver the following responsibilities:

• Provide instructional assistance to teachers in preparing lesson plans.
• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce materialsand lessons presented by teachers.
• Supervise students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, school yards and gymnasiums, or on field trips.
• Enforce administration policies and rules governing student behavior and conduct.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions.
• Perform duties related to classroom organization and management.
• Provide support in different classroom activities and school events.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• A Degree or Diploma in Education or related fields.
• A minimum of two years experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages will be a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and a positive attitude towards work are paramount.
