Job Description

Our collaborator is a high quality housing boutique located in Eivissa, Spain. They are working with high class customers from all over the world, ensuring a satisfying experience when staying in Eivissa. Within this placement you will learn how to work in the real estate industry as well as gain experience working with luxury properties.

 REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent english spoken & written, (French or spanish intermediate is a plus)
• Driving license
• Enjoying to travel, with a travelling backgrounds
• Be extremely organized and extremely punctual- this is crucial
• Maintain a positive attitude towards customers, having people skills and paying attention to details
• Knowledge of the island of Ibiza is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Studying hotel / hospitality management / tourism or customer care 

TASKS

 YOU WILL DO

 Deal with worldwide high end clients and arrange for them all the necessary for their holidays during their stay on the island

Research of new properties and potential new services in different destinations

Assist in the development and acquiring properties within Spain

Implement sales strategies & measure the performance

Develop new networks and new sales channels for several countries

Market studies & Benchmark

Manage sales and exposure for new account and existing ones

Inspection of the properties 

Follow up clients via email and phone

Check in & Check out in peak season

Attend to our weekly meeting and report your results

Assist your clients during their stay if needed and follow up in case of issues
